I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors or NACHI. This will ensure you that your inspection is based on national standards and conducted by a certified home inspector.

I only do 2 inspections a day! This is to assure you that I have enough time to throughly inspect the house and to answer ALL your questions. I encourage you to attend the inspection so that I can not only explain any issues I find, but so I can also teach you about the house. Knowing how to avoid problems in the future is better than knowing how to fix them.
